Chinese importer JoyVio has established a strategic partnership with Hortifrut, one of the biggest Chilean berry companies. The first blueberries of the season are currently on their way to China and are expected to arrive around the Mid-Autumn Festival on the 27th of September, a national Chinese holiday.

LiuBin, trade representative of JiaWo, has commented: "our cooperation with Hortifrut ensures that we will be able to supply high quality blueberries to Chinese consumers throughout the year, also during low season in China." In China JoyVio is working with orchards in Shandong, Liaoning, and Hybei.
